Yesterday I hurt my calves running interval sprints for three miles, but hit an eight minute mile again. Almost back to seven.
Today I strained my back running three miles at a leisurely pace (wtf), and studied for neuro bio, and am now going to bed early like an old person. AND I DRANK AWESOME COFFEE. Thank you. Good night.
