I have been eating better and sleeping a nearly normal amount for the last 2 days and I feel so much better!! Saturday I felt like I had been hit by a train, but I think I fixed a bit of the damage.  I'm at Studio 34 right now, doing my work study shift, so I can go to Pilates class (a cross between yoga, physical therapy, and an abs workout).  I am so grateful that Steve, Angie, and James opened the Studio.  The idea of community accessable yoga and wellness practioners is awesome. It provides cheap classes ($5 - $10) for the students and  low income people in the area and affordable space for rehearsals and wellness practitioners (reiki, massage, etc.)  The community lounge is really beautiful, too.  With a close to zero grape nut factor, it's really easy to hang here and not feel like yoga means you have to be from another planet.  UC is really great for this kinda stuff, we also have a community acupuncture clinic.  I've been thinking of going for my tendonitis....just a few more reasons to love where I live.
Big plans for the weekend:  Sex Dwarf on Friday for Jo's Birthday, Katelyn will be visiting over the weekend from NYC (missed her last weekend due to work and Lauren's move).  Maybe Paul will make a longer visit.  Hopefully in there somewhere will be time to get frames and picture hooks for the rest of my art.  I started decorating last night and realized I need about 25 - 30 more frames and a ton of hooks to get the job done.  The stuff I have hung up looks rad, though, and I can't wait to put up more.  White walls are really boring.  Still need to get rid of more clothes.  The four or five garbage bags I donated before I moved cut it doen to the point where it almost fits in my 2 dressers and closet, but not quite. Maybe I can strong arm someone into helping me decide about some of it.......
