Thursday: finally got a full workout in! Ran the full 5k, did lots of situps and leg circles and blah blah blah.
Saturday: had to be quick, so ran 1.5 miles and did only a few situps. so glad I made it though, feels lots better to at least keep things going. Goal for this week: at least 2 full workouts - will be hard since there are a lot of
