Ah, the running. It's been sporadic - a full 5k on 7/16, then nothing till like 7/31st... much traveling and sickness followed, eventually culminating in managing to work out Saturday morning 8/01! Yay! But FFS, thats is really pretty pathetic. and the knee, of course, is cranky. Meh. Goal for the rest of August: 3x per week. minimum.
