Sat: 2.5 mile run .5 mile walk, situps etc. at a friends gym in Chicago. lots of yoga stretching while I was waiting for the boys to finish their game.
Tues: 2.5 mile run .5 mile walk, situps etc. I was actually interrupted after the first and second mile, so more like 2 mile runs, followed by a .75 mile run. Feeling blah today. In general the running is super easy these days, at least breathing wise. The knee is a little twingy, especially after a full week standing in heals or on planes, but otherwise running my current distance is easy now.

Back from teaching in Chicago - it was fun and interesting and exhausting, all rolled up into one. Then I spent the weekend with Chico, as a friend only... it was hard and a little weird but we had a good weekend - we're good at relaxing, I guess. We cooked and tried a few new restaurants and saw a cool blues show and ate ice cream, nummy.

Now it's back to the grind...
