Sat. and Mon.: Ran 2.5 mile, walked .5 miles, biked 2 miles. Light arms, leg circles, sit-ups galore, a couple of push-ups and my attempt to hold the "plank" position for more than 30 seconds is getting gradually better. The knee is considerably happier, and I could run the entire 3+ miles at this point, but I like that the biking works different muscles so I will keep things as is for now.

Had an awesome weekend - I had nearly forgotten how awesome my friends are! Spent Friday having a quiet girls nosh, drink and chat session and then Saturday a whole bunch of us hopped on the Freedom bus for Fiesta del Mar and Yuri's night - so much fun!!! We bounced around, ate well and partied our little bootays off. My apologies to all of those I didn't get to see - I wandered around and ended up outside chatting for most of the event. Then Sunday was spent in a semi-stupor lounging about waiting for SND, which was semi low key (does like 16 people count as low key? For SND it does...) and finally got home to collapse into bed. Ahhhh.

Now I am bored off my ass at work (well really at home) since the biz dev stuff I had been working on is all pretty much wrapped up and I'm between projects. So... job search! Finally! And another workout, if I can squeeze it in. Trying for at least 3x per week. I have a dress or two I want to fit into...
