[ Touya doesn't have much difficulty turning on the device - in a way, it's similar to his own Xtransceiver from home - and he makes a point to address anyone who may be tuned in to the network. Behind him is a large Serperior, who for once looks just about as confused as he is. ]I dunno if anyone can see this, but I'm looking for a bunch of lost

For now, just have Touko staring into the camera absolutely dumbstruck. She'd known he probably existed, but it's entirely different when it comes time to explain what's happening.]
...You're Touya?
Maybe this is going to sound really, really weird as a first question, but before I say anything else... do you-- know who I am at all? Tell me that and we can go from there.

Uhh, I don't want to hurt your feelings or anything, but-- I'm pretty sure that we've never met? Sorry... [ somehow, that doesn't feel like the right answer to give, though. ] But you do kind of seem familiar. Are you from Unova? Maybe we walked past each other once before. I don't know...
[ a pause. ]
I guess that was a weird answer for a weird question, huh?

...Well, hope you can open your mind up pretty wide for this. I can give you a few hints before I start, though. You're one of the heroes of Unova, and you defeated N and Ghetsis at the Pokemon League with Zekrom... but I could probably tell you a lot more than that, and have it match up pretty closely if not totally perfectly. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
[A smile that actually seems half-wry and half-sarcastic at the same time. She leans closer into the camera.] So... assuming that didn't break your perception too bad: hi, my name's Touko. Nice to finally meet you.

Tou...ko? [ that sure was eerily similar to his name... and she seemed to know a lot. almost like she was some long lost sister of his. ] ... You must have had my friends tell you about me, right?

[Truthfully, she can't really blame him for denying it. It happened to her, too, after all... though maybe she only had N explain it to her and not her male counterpart from a different world in her case.]
They did tell me about you, but they didn't need to. I think when I met you, I would've figured it out pretty quickly anyway.
Point is... we had the same role in our respective worlds. It'd be wrong to say one of us is just another "version" of the other, but we're not the same person, either. Weird is an understatement, huh?
And before you ask for proof I'm not just pulling your leg: you and N talked on the Ferris wheel, where he told you he was the king of Team Plasma. It happened to me, too. Nobody else would know that except N himself, right?

[ but a girl him on top of that. let him take that in for a moment. ]
... That's kind of something that's not easy to straight-out accept, but I've heard that people here are from different worlds. I guess it's not exactly that far-out to think that there could be an alternate world out there where I'm... well, a girl... But what are the odds that we'd meet here, if that's really the case?
[ it's still pretty shocking to hear that there's really a world out there where he's another person entirely. touya's naturally pretty curious and has wondered about possibilities like this from time to time, but still. it's jarring. ]
You're right, though. You don't really seem like you're just another version of me; just someone who walked in my shoes. Or I walked in your shoes. Or both? How confusing... Haha...
[ man. is he dreaming? ]

Mmm, well, give it a bit! It'll sink in. Maybe it'll even seem normal and natural after a while. And I think we could be friends while we have the chance! Besides, this whole getting out of here thing might... take a while.
[The smile she's been maintaining flickers for a moment here, and eventually turns a little uncomfortable.]
--Speaking of which. I really shouldn't make matters even worse, but... did anybody tell you the catch yet?
