Dating takes patience. I hate that!

Last night was my big date with TB*. I think it went well but the real test will be if he calls. Maybe I'll call him. We'll see.

We were supposed to go to Tsunami but when he went to make reservations, they were booked up (on a Tuesday?). The fact that he put some forethought into the date and did some pre-planning, impressed me.

Instead we went to this neat little italian place that reminded me of when I was in NYC. It was dimly lit with neat stuff all over the walls. I love those kinds of places.

We talked for the longest time about photography because he's really into the art. He's not a photographer but more of an appreciator. It was good to have common ground and something to talk about. My big fear was, we get to the resturant and have nothing to say to each other. Crickets. We didn't have that problem though. I can't think of any real lulls in the conversation. Good sign. We talked about other things too.

I was pretty laid back for the date. I was comfortable. That could have had something to do with the bottle of wine he bought for me that we proceeded to drink every last drop of. Yes, I am aware that that was probably a tactic to get into my pants.

After that, we went back to his house and he showed me some pictures he has taken and I showed him some of my work. The pics I have posted here and such.

After that,. . . I will not be posting that information. That seems to cause drama and I am not interested in drama right now. I don't want that in my life at this time. If you really want to know, MAYBE I'll tell you. MAYBE.

The next 24 hours are supposed to be the most crucial. I hate waiting but I guess that's how dating works. ??? I don't know honestly. I hope there are no games and, if he likes me, he calls me. Keep you posted. If this blog doesn't start anything.

*Names are being changed because names and details seem to get me into trouble.

EDIT: I got a short and sweet facebook message from him. Said he had a great time last night. Hmm. . . .
