I mean he wasn't so bad before today, but he just totally lost any respect I had for him. :-P So yesterday I was at league trials and during English class, they made these thematic posters about Joy Luck Club. He said that all the swimmers could just make a book cover to make up for the missed poster. So today in class I walk in and he hands me this used (somebody's work was on one side) of the posterboard and told me that I had to make a poster! I was like WTF!?!? Yesterday you said I could just make a book cover and now you expect me to make a poster in 50 minutes while the rest of the class had an hour and a half yesterday and 50 minutes today. So I churned out my poster in about 40 minutes with all the required elements and I showed it to him. He was like "No you can't do that... you can't just churn out a poster in 50 minutes and expect me to give you a good grade." I was like Why not? I have all the required stuff and he says that it was a C+ effort and I look around at everyone else's poster and they seem exactly the same. And then he has the nerve to say, "A C+ grade isn't that bad... it won't bring your grade down because I'm sure you have enough surplus of extra credit." I probably do, but that's not the point. A C+ on a project that everyone else had more time to work on and think of ideas when I had 50 minutes to come up with pictures, slogans and explanations and put it all down on a piece of paper. That totally made me crappy and in a bad mood for awhile, but the rest of the day wasn't so bad. :-P I skipped 7th period PE to go bubble in all the necessary information for my AP exam. That was so pointless... the bubbles were so tiny, my head hurt afterwards. I was supposed to go back to class, but I didn't. *gasp* Scadalous. :-) Have a good one!
I got my pictures from Sadie's so click here if ya want to see!
