Mini updates
Had an unexpected (invited yesterday) interview on the east side this morning. It went pretty well. The position isn't the infovis dream job I'm hoping for, but it is next-generation research oriented position, with a good company who I am a happy customer of. Next interview round TBD.

Was talking with Dr. S last night, and she reminded me of a part of the squicked conversation that I'd [intentionally?] forgotten. One of the risks of pushing the epidural needle too far, beyond letting the CSF leak out, is that the tubular needle can take remove a plug of your spinal cord, like core sample. Or like pithing.

The Louis Prima version of Jump, Jive, an' Wail, is just so much better than the Brian Setzer version. Just sayin'.
