Yesterday I went to the Los Angeles Times Hero Complex Film Festival screening of Iron Man and Iron Man 2.  Between the movies there was a nice long interview with Jon Favreau and Robert Downey Jr.  I had a decent seat so I filmed the whole thing.  The video quality is low and the lighting was terrible, but the audio should come across fine for ( Read more... )

Well, I sat through the panel for 2012 at Comic Con, waiting for the IM2 panel, so I already knew well in advance that there was probably not going to be one single scientifically accurate moment in the whole film. Personally, I like my scifi good and realistic, thank you very much, but somehow my mom talked me into seeing it with her.

We have all heard the term "crack fic" and are aware of the general use of the word "crack" in the fandom world and elsewhere.

I have discovered the origin of this terminology, and it is the film "From Dusk Till Dawn." Because the creators of this film truly were on crack when they created this story.
