[OTA] Stubborn To The End
He refused to go to the medical lab. He honestly was not that ill. He remained at his desk, typing almost furiously, never halting his pursuit of knowledge. It was a cold, he mused, or perhaps a flu. A little pain, a little cough. It wasn't uncommon for him to work himself into an illness. Forsaking food and comfort, he moved deeper and deeper into the ship's archives.
Sirrus paused mid keystroke. What was he looking for?
"Whas... whas goin..." Sirrus tried to speak, but his words would not form themselves properly. He set his head in his hands. He felt cold. Had it always been cold in here? He considered calling for Lennier, but he couldn't make himself do it. He could take care of himself. Sirrus forced his hands back on the keyboard, continuing to work.
