I apologize as I didn't think of posting that I'm ok after the stampeding of tornados through the Raleigh area over the weekend. We had hail at the house (which kept setting off my car alarm annoyingly). There was also a good bit of heavy rain and wind. The most damage in Raleigh was nearer downtown about 10-15 miles from us. brianrdu had his yard tore up from the pics I've seen. Thankfully it looks like all the friends in the area were all safe and unharmed.
In other news, I am once again intending to eat my way into a circus tent wardrobe. One of the latest guilty pleasures?
Yes, regular brownies weren't bad enough. Now they dip them in chocolate.
Also my social calendar is full. I think it must be something about this time of year. My one year anniversary with Patrick would have been coming up soon. I don't think about him as often as I used to, though there are times I wonder if he is still alive. Ah well. It is definitely for the best on my end.
