Went in to work my shift tonight...my boss asked me into the office and promptly fired me on the spot. Since I was still on probation, there was no need for them to give me a reason. Just got back from orientation at Moxie's. Problem is is no matter how much experience you have, they always make you go through the full training. So although I'm employed, I don't get my first paycheck till the first Friday in April, and won't start making any tips until after the 10-12 training shifts are done...might be a tight squeeze.
