i am here
through thick & thin.

we can care...be supportive, sure.

but we cannot carry other's lessons
nor consequences, as our own.

cause & effect.

we have to learn
clear boundaries
this time, 'round.

don't let anyone consume you.

what/who we attract to our lives
is what we think of ourselves.

what we deep down still
believe we are worth.

who/what shows up is who we
secretly believe we need to learn.

everyone is a mirror.

perhaps it is showing up again...
to question your commitment to change.

will you go back to the same old ways...
or are you truly saying no more to this?

just to make sure this is no longer what
you truly want or need in your life
to be able to learn this same lesson?
