More late-ish night ramblings
No theme for tonight, no real dealbreakers that are running through my head...jsut feel the need to type some rando stuff and see what comes out. No major updates with real life. I had to replace the faucet in my kitchen yesterday. Thankfully, I was already home for the day, since I had taken the day off from work. Granted, it was so I could play NBA 2k15 all day, rather than dealing with a fucked faucet, but there it is. I learned two things. 1) I should invest in a nice pair of safety glasses/goggles. 2) I do not have a bright future in plumbing. What should have, according to the instructions and the video that I watched on youtube, taken maybe an hour...took my non-handy self five hours. And I'm all like "WTF, mate?" Wasn't this supposed to be my day off? But in the end, the leak was defeated, the old was thrown into recycling and the new took its place of honor...atop the sink. On the plus side, we now have a working sprayer. Haven't had one of those...well...ever in this house. So that's a plus.
Youtube has everything, man. Everything. Looked up an old instrumental song "Six String Poet" by David Benoit...and it's there, with covers. Wow. Where was this when I had nothing but time?

Am fluctuating around 350 pounds. Still a fat fuck. Seem to have plateaued.
