It isn't humanly possible for me to get to work on time. Even though I set my alarm for 8 a.m., and despite that oftentimes I wake up 20 or 30 minutes before my alarm ever goes off--everyday, I am still here scrambling and dashing around the house like a madman 5 minutes after I'm due @ work.
So, this morning, in a mad dash out of the house--I forgot to close my bedroom door shut tight, and my (4) dogs took full advantage of that.
When I was on my way home after work, I felt so exhausted, and slightly sad, and very blah. All I wanted to do was plop in bed, pop a few sleeping tabs, drink some tea, and sleep the night away. When I came through the door and saw my bedroom wide open, I knew I was going to flip out as soon as I went in...and I did.
My room is the only room in the house that the dogs are not allowed in, and they know it. So, having full access to it all day long, they decided to all mark their territory in and on various areas: my bed, for one. And on heaps of Dry Clean Onlyables. Oh, and did I mention: alllll over my bed?! (my pillows, satin sheets, comforter--everything soaked; like Goldilocks w/ a bed-wetting issue had been sleeping in my "just right" sack all day).
Tomorrow, I'm taking the pups for a little walk...to the nearest Korean restaurant. Filthy beasts.
