I am still sufering the effects of depression after my untimely end of employment. My wife is worried about me, but I am doing what I need to do to get back into the swing of things. She has shown some support for the idea of making a go of my writing, something no one has done seriously before.

It’s Thursday. Three days ago, I was employed. Well, until noon. I was fired for what I have found out to have been a complex situation. If I had not been given a false reason as to the end of my employment, I would probably be a little less upset, but my anger is subsiding. • My marriage is, in a word, wonderful. Katie and I resonate together. We have our difficulties, to be sure, but we face them together. Updates:

• Animatic turned in. No Timmie this year. Not even honorable mention or a nomination.
• Ethics paper 25% done. Have about six hours to finish it. Wish me luck.
• Webwork for final project in CSCI-241 is about halfway done. Tonight I will work on it, and possibly tomorrow as well.
  
• Manual has yet to be started. That will be done on Friday

Well, my first interview for a job in my field in three months and they decided to promote from within, even though it is unlikely they have anyone with my experience. Oh well. On to the next one.

I almost never update my journal from the webform. Why? Because it is notorious for eating the entry.
