Hi, all. So I finally made it out of New York. Five hour flight on Monday night. Got into Portland early! I was still exhausted by the time I got to the hostel so I went straight to bed. Next morning I woke up at 8:20 to check in and take a shower. I then wandered up and down Hawthorne Blvd, found a faux-diner for breakfast. Mmmm, oatmeal.

yay hippies! I miss them. my folks (finally) sold our house and are moving into an apartment, thus returning to their roots as no-goodnik hippies. I am happy.

you should totally run around in a superman shirt going "choo choo." clearly it's what the cool kids are doing.

and for the record, I only pay attention to getting dressed cuz it's too damn cold here to run around nekkid all the time.
