Last day of the month
Well the last few days have been semi-hectic.
First off my recruiters getting on my ass to finish my application. I have almost everything I need for it except my high school diploma (I need to find it) and a valid drivers license. I'm excited, and nervous, to be going to the Air Force... its gonna be a big change in my life and I dunno if I'm ready for it... we'll see soon I guess :)
Three nights ago I decided to go to Streeters with my co-worker Josh... Well it turned out to suck pretty fucking bad. He was mopey and gloomy the whole night and was always debating with his ex-girlfriend to go back out with him... luckly, however, he invited a girl named Heather to go and shes turned out to be pretty cool. Shes currently a student at Baker wheres shes training to be a Surgical Technician. She doesn't say much, shes pretty shy, but she likes concerts and all sorts of music, her favorite of which is Pearl Jam. She lives here in Petoskey and she has a small cat thats a smokey orange color (I've never seen a cat with colors like that) named Mandarin.
I also met a guy by the name Rick whom is pretty cool. Currently working at a tire and lube place here in petoskey, hes a big weight lifting type guy who isnt afraid to tell you what he thinks and seems to get into fights often enough. Right now hes just lounging around, passing the time until he goes off to the military where hes going to make a career for himself.
So while the evening sucked, I did meet two pretty cool people. I've also gotten back into WoW but with a bit more moderation. I havent had the urge to play as much and I've broken away, quite often, to do other stuff. I hope I can keep this up :)
Anyways, love ya'll and I'll be stopping up at the dorms Wednesday!
