I was really pleasantly surprised by the fact that construction worker crews working all over campus seem to be a whole lot more respectful and restrained in their appreciation of my gender then the ones I'm used to back home...but then I realized that this is SoCal, not Louisiana, and that their respectfulness is probably due to the fact that compared to most of the women they see around here I might as well be a hedgehog. An unattractive, male hedgehog. =) Sweet.

I actually have room for a little garden here so I'm gonna plant edible stuff!! Something easy at first and then, if i don't manage to kill that, I may expand the operation.
