Advanced textbooks?

Dopey but I think necessary question about good advanced Chinese textbooks: are there good ones out there?

Right now I'm using 高级口语/Advanced Spoken Chinese by Chen Ru and Zhang Qiwang.  Whenever I go to bookstores in this country there are literally dozens of different beginner's and intermediate level books, but this was the only advanced book ( Read more... )

I believe that bokane can attest to the superiority of 走进中国 高级本. (That site is Japan-only, but I couldn't find any site with that book on a quick search. Sorry!)

Oh. And I almost misread that as 侵入中国 when I saw it on the webpage with those Japanese letters.

just a correction:

The "fooreigner" part of taiwanese i believe is 阿土仔 and not 阿兜仔. not even sure if it *means* big nose. i haven't spoken taiwanese in 3 years so it may be a bit off...

oh and 安啦 can also mean "don't worry" :)
