It's been one year since Bremi passed away

It really is hard to believe that she passed away over a year ago.  She still crosses my mind on occasion.  Part of me wishes that the kids could have enjoyed more time with her.  By the time Olivia was born, Bremi really started to feel her age.  Instead of the rambunctious little scalawag that she was, she had become listless and at times, very cranky.  It's sad that the kids' first experience with a dog was a tired old dog that was a former shell of herself.

I still have good memories of her and know in my heart, she is in a better place.  Rest in peace and know that you were loved.
