Introducing.... Gaz the Spaz!

jakothewoods and I could impulse by a cat. Yes, we have a new member of the household and her name is Gaz. She's a three month old buff colored fluff ball. In fact she almost looks pink. Anyway she's a little spaz and a total purr-bot. She is very sweet natured and has totally made herself right at home already. She was not intimidated by the two older cats who kept hissing at her at all. She is quite excited to play with them, but I think it is going to take them a while yet to warm up to her.
Actually she wasn't too much of an impulse buy we had been seriously talking about getting a third cat for a while now. Although we were going to wait till next month for various reasons and we were going to go to the pound to adopt. However, Jack says he knew that when he suggested going into Petsmart today that he knew we'd be coming home with a kitten. I'm not sure if I believe him or not, but when we saw Gaz we both knew she was the one. After losing Ophelia last October I didn't want another kitten for a long time, even though the house felt so empty after she was gone. Noone will ever replace Ophelia. Finally, though I was ready. I'm glad we waited for a while, but we really are a three cat household and I think it was time to give a home to another kitten.
