I'M GOING TO IRELAND!!! FOR A WHOLE SEMESTER!
*takes a deep breath*
Yes, after jumping through bureaucratic hoops it's FINALLY OFFICIAL. Folks, I've been wanting to go to Ireland since I was a little girl. This is a dream come true and I'm scared to even get excited until my two feet are planted on Irish soil.
I will be attending a university and living in dorm-type housing. I promise pictures for folks on my flist! <3
ALSO I can't work while I'm over there. While that is somewhat shitty since I have to take all this $ with me it also means I will have lots of time to write (when I'm not at the pub chillin' with my Irish homies, of course.) This is the first time in 8 years that I'm getting a break from work. Umm I probably shouldn't be complaining because of the economy/people being forced to be unemployed and I've worked part-time in school, not full-time, it will still be a bizarre situation and I won't know what to do with myself (other than study, of course.)
I can't believe this is happening. *pinches self*
P.S. I've had limited access to a computer the last few days so I promise I'll respond to messages/comments SOON. : )
P.S.S. The dollar to euro exchange rate makes me super sad. Should I try to exchange everything at once or wait until I'm over there? *bites nails*
