In the last week or so alone, we’ve lost:
Richard Jeni, very funny comedian (suicide)
Brad Delp, singer of Boston (suicide)
John Inman, Mr Humphries on Are You Being Served?
“Big Cat” Ernie Ladd, wrestler & football player
That also makes about 3 wrestlers already this year. 2007 is not looking good for celebrities.
Okay, so I’m hooked on the Facebook now. It’s not even that exciting, and there’s not a whole helluva lot you can do with it. But I’m finding people all over the place. Whether or not I add them to my list, it’s still interesting to see where people have wound up and who they list as their friends. It seems that if you went to Assumption, you just add everyone in your class, even if you didn’t ever talk to them back then - can’t say this surprises me, but I’m once again staying out of that and only adding folks I was relatively close to. It’s also cool to see how people know each other, and to find that somebody you know one way knows someone else you know through a completely different channel.
Between that, this and DiceWars I spend a lot of time online getting absolutely nothing accomplished. At least I’m entertained. Mostly.

And tonight, Nicole is away in Mississauga at some training thing for work - beer, sausages and Mortal Kombat for me! Speaking of which; back to it...
