“But buying that condo wasn’t Dr. House’s doing, was it? Had he encouraged you to buy it?”
“No. I made that decision on my own. Then I informed him that we were moving.”

Wilson in the fic has bad recall on this. He showed House the place, allowed for House to comment, and then, when House was smiling, happy with the idea, then Wilson bought the condo ( ... )

Not only does Wilson have a bad recall about buying the condo, asking House to move out is also an obvious instance in canon where he already did reflect on his own behaviour and it is clearly stated in "Baggage" that he felt bad. On top of that, he actually did offer to help and find a new place for House:

Wilson: [looking guilty] I could help you find a place.
House: What's wrong with my old place?
Wilson: Nothing. I just thought… You might want to find somewhere new, somewhere…
House: [nodding] Where I didn't abuse drugs and hallucinate.
Wilson: Yes.
House: I'm fine.

Cuddy has done medical malpractice (operating without House’s informed consent on his leg after the infarction),

Stacy acted as House's medical proxy.

Cuddy: He change his mind?

Stacy: No. He’s asked to be put in a chemically induced coma so he can sleep through the worst part of the pain.

Cuddy: We can do that.

Stacy: What happens after he’s in the coma?

Cuddy: We’ll obviously monitor his condition closely, and if he can get through the next forty-eight hours without another cardiac incident -

Stacy: I meant, I’m his health-care proxy, I get to make medical decisions for him if he’s not able to.

Cuddy: You should talk to him about what he wants to do.

Stacy: I know what he wants, but if he’s out it’s my call, right? [Cuddy nods.]

Stacy: The middle ground you were talking about ( ... )

Cuddy knew she was acting against House's explicit will and therefore performed malpractice. A medical proxy is there to say what to do when the patient's will is unknown. They all knew they acted against House's explicit will.

Yes, House has a "masochistic streak", actually more a battered-child-syndrome. More here: http://zeppomarx.livejournal.com/42941.html?thread=613053#t613053

Oh, and zeppomarx, don't worry, the comment above will have been my last one. It basically makes the same point with new examples again, but it is obviously not going to lead anywhere, so I'll indeed back out.
