I've been working on a couple of big creative projects for the last couple of weeks, and one of them has posted!  Camelot Fleet over on Dreamwidth had a big ArtWord challenge, for artist and author collaboration.  The results are really impressive all around - including some very cool multimedia.
I worked with sophinsba to create visual drabbles.

Summary: They bear their burdens, they struggle, they rely on each other. Vaguely AU.
Author's note: I was nervous about this challenge because I've never worked with an artist before, but it was a really great experience to collaborate with zephre. Thanks to the mods for organizing this and to claudia603 for looking over the text for me.
Artist's note: Thanks to sophinisba for a great collab - I had great fun hashing out our ideas into something that works. And thanks to L and E for offering help on the compositions.
