My grandpa in Washington suffered a massive heart attack last night and is now in the ICU in Seattle. Its not looking good at all and they say we should prepare for the worst. I am scheduled to go out there next Thursday after class, but it might have to be changed to sooner. Mom is going on Monday to be with my grandma. I don't think she should be out there by herself with my grandma when she's already upset. So right now we're in waiting mode and I have to go take an exam.

I guess I've been pretty lucky so far in life, never to have had this particular day before...
