The stinging irony of it is that mere days before I'd unloaded on how I want to score some through the net like this one Norwegian guy allegedly did with the princess of Ghana... I still haven't gotten around to checking whether the current king of Ghana really is a Norwegian who met their princess online, I learned about it through japanese example sentences, which isn't necessarily the most accurate source of information. It gives me hope, so I'm not sure if I want to know.

He probably does. You don't become the prince of Swaziland by being an asshole.
