It's come to my attention that someone is going around stealing fish from some of the ships on the Grand Line. I would like to let everyone know that the Marines will look into this and that when we do find the little bastardculprit, we will not only make sure they compensate for the stolen goods but they will also be punished accordingly. This winter island is a strange place. There's trees here that actually grow candy canes and cookies... And not too long ago I discovered there was a cocoa hot spring just outside of the town here.
