I honestly wonder if it's even possible for anyone to listen to the High School Musical soundtrack and not move at all. Every time I do, I end up bouncing around the room. Aaaah.
We went to the neurologist yesterday. The guy was kind of weird and didn't really understand that what works for other people doesn't necessarily work for me, but he told me that my headaches were just nervous tension. He gave me something called Lexapro (which made Dad go all weird - like angry/offended), which apparently is used to treat bipolar-ness. Dad was all, "Whiskey, yo?" and DoctorGuy was all, "It's like the Advil of head drugs!" and Dad was all, "...wot?" and he was all, 'It's great! It's not addictive, it's non-narcotic, it'll help calm you down inside!!" and Dad was all, "::eyebrow raise:: What about diet and exercise?" and DoctorGuy was all, "THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. THESE ARE NOT THE DROIDS YOU'RE LOOKING FOR." So we left and went to work out. I still haven't taken the Lexapro yet. XD
Dad and I are going to try working out more (and I'm contemplating adding some meditation) and see if that works. It did, except I got a headache from listening to DoctorGuy and working out made me nauseous. Personally, I think I wouldn't be nearly as stressed out if I were allowed to beat people for their stupidity. It's the only trigger I've found (the rest just come randomly). ::nod::

Dad has decided to help me persue my love of archery (which stems from my c-kret desire to be a Shinto pristess, but whatever. He doesn't have to know that...). We went to look for a nice bow and some good arrows, but apparently the only time anyone here stocks bows and arrows is during bowhunting season. Dammit. Dad bought me some kickass earbuds, thouh. They actually stay in my ears and they sound great. We looked at iPods again (I want the 60G Video with the Hogwarts crest engraved on the back), but Dad wants to check BestBuy (because Gina still has an employee discount there). Le sigh.
