The end of Supernatural's sixth season where the character Castiel, an angel, devours all of the souls from Purgatory (and, as we found out later, a few other things that he really should have left in there), mutates himself a few levels up, and goes completely batshit psychotic insane and thinks he's God.

It was just a bad trip all around for everybody. And it didn't end well at all. For anybody, really.

Man, I'll bet this makes no sense without the rest of the season providing some context. But you asked. :D
