It is simply my duty as a soldier. [In Viscen's mind, there is no such thing as 'above and beyond'. There is just his duty to the people.]

Perhaps. But I would be reluctant in any situation to recruit those not accustomed to listening to authority.

[Personally, he finds the selection of warriors in Kakariko lacking, however well they keep the village defended from the inside. Perhaps his standards are too high?]

If such trouble arises, I can only hope that you are right, Warrior.

[He means this sincerely. This mysterious land of Hyrule appears to be relatively peaceful, but Viscen knows that peace never lasts forever.]
