[Captain Viscen stands atop the Castletown gate, staring out across Hyrule Field with a weather eye.
He's taken up a tentative residence in the Castletown barracks. There are people in the village to the west, yes, but Viscen feels that he'll be better able to protect them if he takes up a position that gives him view of a significant portion of the field before them. It is...lonely, sometimes, but that is the price a soldier pays.
Whatever goes in or out of Kakariko Village, he'll see. And if curious passersby happen to see him and inquire after the lone guard on the gate? He'll appreciate the company, surely.]
