New personal goal

I went to Epcot with my parents and our friends. We went over for a half-day for dinner and the Christmas Processional.

We had dinner over in Mexico. It was definitely mmmm-mmmm-good. I stuffed myself silly on chips & salsa, margarita, queso fundido, mole poblano, flan and a cappuccino. When I was done with dinner, I was glad I was wheeling myself out. I would not want to walk after that meal. I finished eating almost six hours ago and I'm still stuffed. I don't remember the last time I stuffed myself with so much food. :)

After dinner, we headed over to America for the Christmas Processional. Although, the content is more on the religious holiday side, I've enjoyed it both years I've seen it so far. Between the choir and the orchestra, it has been a delightful treat. I was bummed that the narrator we had was not Gary Sinese as it was last year. (Gary is doing it again, but I think next week.) He was great last year and well, I enjoy him as an actor. We had Steven Curtis Chapman, from what I gather is big in the Christian music circle, and just came across as too southern. ;) Anyway, the highlight for him was that he gave me a new catch phrase to use.... and use it I will. After the performance he said, "If that doesn't light a fire for ya, then your wood is wet." Damn, you can't beat that. ;)

Oh yeah... My new goal is to eat dinner at every country at Epcot. Basically go around the lake. Germany, Japan, and Mexico are done. Technically, I should go back to Germany since I did that when I was kid where I didn't appreciate it nearly as much as I should. So, I got a long way to go. With an annual pass, I'm sure I'll get there.
