Child Labour?

The picture below is one of my careful shots, where I work to understand the dynamism of the person I am shooting and take the picture only when I am absolutely certain.  I pre-determine the look and feel of the picture.



Now the question I want to post is: can this be classified as a picture depicting child labour?  I love this environmental portrait, but I am not able to classify the picture.
