I recovered an excess of sixty something dollars while going through my pants pockets before a wash cycle. My old record remains intact.
I finally got around to commission # 2 (drawing the church for our churches weekly bulletin and various mailings). It's an ink-line drawing in Gibson style, and it took slightly less than two hours to complete. So far it has evoked positive reactions from those who've seen it.
I relish one-sitting commissions.
I ate a Carl's Jr. Angus burger with a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf "black forest" ice blendedsomethingorother today.
Dinner at Church tonight. Udon soup.
I was seriously considering a camera purchase today. Another commission must get underway soon. I've worked through some ideas, and now feel comfortable with the projects direction. I give myself a week. I need more paper. And pens (misrelated).
German pinot noir with dinner last night; bit of a mismatch, but each was good on its own. (I poured myself a soda and saved the wine till after dinner *shrug*). I bought a New Zealand pinot noir for this Saturday. I've read they're undervalued and very promising. Even moreso with Chilean, but I wasn't able to find that. But I didn't check Trader Joes either.
