I love working out. I do it every day (almost), every kind: running, swimming, cross-training, yoga. It's becoming a bit of an addiction. A friend of mine is on a giant healthy kick too, we've both been going since Christmas time. She has lost almost 30 pounds, and looks amazing, I'm really proud of her. We've kept each other extremely motivated, and I have to say, sometimes it's painfully hard to refrain from delicious treats when out with people, so it's nice to have that support. I'm under 140 lbs for the first time since I was a teenager, but I've decided to stop weighing myself. Sometimes my obsession verges on the unhealthy, but I'm really trying to not turn it into an unhappy thing.
