Go you! *grin* Meanwhile, speaking as someone who used to fix air conditioners for a living: if it freezes up, that means the freon pressure is low, and it'll likely happen again. Probably time to call a tech and have them look for freon leaks.

It was below freezing last night. The daytime temperature dropped about 30 degrees, from 85 to 55, with an accompanying nighttime temperature drop. It's about 50 right now, which is not typical. We were supposed to remain above freezing, and didn't.
I'm just glad both of us grew up in a climate where you did learn how to unfreeze pipes with a hairdryer.
