...when you've just discovered a new fandom, and you're all excited about it to the point that it's in every conversation you have with fan friends, and then you decide to write something in it, and you run it by your #1 Best Beta Ever (yes, I'm looking at you, brandywine28), and they say it's good even though they have NO clue about the fandom, but you're nervous like it's the very first thing you ever wrote and you've been writing fanfic for literally 20 years?
Yeah. That's me today. Do I wait until I finish the story and THEN post it? Do I post chapter one now as a feeler to see if people care? Why do I care if they care?
