SPN 7x08
That goes straight to the top of my least-favourites list. I'm not sure they could have been more pointedly offensive to (serious, female) fans if they tried. Could they have spelled it out any more? "I'm a loser... the only place people understood me was the message boards."
Redeeming features:
1. Dean's conversation with the girl in the bar in the beginning, in which he basically told her he was afraid Sam didn't need him any longer
2. The bride and groom from the wedding cake falling over the title card
3. The Wall Street/Hell joke.
ETA: 4. Dean saying "You mean she wasn't your soulmate?" I hope that's a deliberate shout-out to the soulmates line in Dark Side of the Moon.
That's it - I pretty much hated everything else. I can't even enjoy Sam/Dean stuff in this context. I found the nerdy hunter hugging Dean for giving him half a compliment nearly as offputting as Becky crushing on Sam. Have some self-respect!
I'm very, very glad I didn't stay home yesterday for the express purpose of watching it ASAP!
