I am not a runner. There, I said it. I was a sprinter in school and not a very good one just better than most of the slow pokes. I'm game for long hikes and I can walk for miles but ask me to run more than a km without stopping... it's not gonna happen. But I really wanna do the Sprint next year and to do that I'd like to run at least 5km, it's fine if I walk a little... as long as it's a LITTLE, not run 2km and walk 3km cos that's kinda sad. So the aim with
hapadoll is to train, baby steps.

13 Nov - 2km
29 Dec - 3 km (allowed to walk a bit)
Feb we'll start training outdoors
I hope there's a race 1st half of next year so we can push ourselves. This should be an interesting project filled with some name calling and maybe a few tears. ahaha.
