Specific permissions [ooc]
Apart from general permissions which many character's players will deal with in a role-play scenario, Scalpel has a few specific permissions due to his small size.
Scalpel is tiny. To a human he appears to be about the size of a large crustacean or a small lapdog, in root mode. He does not require any kind of mass-shifting technology to transform into a scope scaled for Cassetticon/Recordicon, Mini-Con or human use. This means that to giant robots he is comparatively minuscule. The size differential enables other characters to bodily lift Scalpel and move him very easily. It also would enable Scalpel to physically climb inside some other robot characters (depending on their specific size, transformation scheme and construction). Both scenarios would be godmodding without permission.
I, Scalpel's player, hereby extend blanket permissions to other players at Insert name of game(s) to have their character(s) do the following, regardless of whether Scalpel ICly speaks permission or demonstrates compliance:
Scalpel appreciates help in getting around, and also enjoys opportunities to make close studies of others, so if the above actions are done without hostility, Scalpel will remain compliant. If the above actions are done in hostility or accompanied by threats, Scalpel will by default attempt escape, and should be allowed to escape, until I have given permission otherwise.
If another player is interested in their character holding Scalpel for a greater length of time, holding him against his will, holding him in less-than secure fashion (by a leg for example), locking him inside a container or compartment, dropping him, throwing him, manually transforming him, etc., feel free to ask me. I will likely allow this, but do not wish to extend blanket permission for everyone to do this, or at any time.
If players have any specific permissions or requests for Scalpel and myself, they are welcome to comment here, or otherwise PM Ze Doktor, or IM me. Scalpel is always looking for bulks to help him get around, and interesting experimental subjects, or those who may be both. He is very interested in the internal workings and parts of other robots, and in expanding his anatomical knowledge of other species. He would perform vivisection all solar cycle, if we let him.
I will not allow him to climb onto or into other characters without the permission of their players, but players may expect him to admire from afar, contemplate what he would like to do, and even to pursue or attempt foothold.

- Lift Scalpel securely with hands or equivalent appendages/manipulators
