My brother plays guitar, but I don't really have any advice for you since he basically taught himself too >> I think there's a lot of stuff online that would help you though. Good luck with your learning! :D

nah, he tried to teach me once, but I couldn't quite get my fingers to do what they were supposed to >< the little bit I managed to play was fun though

Don't worry about it, I'm pretty bad at remembering what people tell me (especially on LJ >>). I played the flute all the way through high school (about 7 years), but I haven't done anything with it in a couple of years :( Other than that, I tried keyboard for a while, but I can only play with one hand... I add the other one and everything just gets confusing, lol.

And I'm guessing you play flute too, or at least the piccolo?

Wait this sounds familiar. Did I already ask you this? OTL Yeah, I quit piano in eighth grade because I never practiced. I can play with two hands, but only very very slowly. xD;

I play the flute. I borrowed the piccolo because I needed it for "West Side Story" and had absolutely no prior experience playing it. And now it's goooooooone. D: (I even cleaned my room looking for it. Me. Cleaning my room. My room. Clean. o____o)
