User's junk email was staying in his inbox, actual mail was going to junk.
User's display adapter stoped working and gave him a 4-color, 640x480 screem.
Boss's son's laptop freaks out.
Boss wants his new laptop ready before he goes on vacation.
Roof leak dumps water on lawyer's laptop, ruining it.
AND.....
An hour before a brief is due before a judge, another lawyer's laptop...
