Chapter 15
Keito and Chinen were at Shibuya right now, to be exact, in an ice-cream café. They sit beside the windows, enjoying ice-cream while looking outside the café. “Eh..” Chinen felt his bracelet on his right hand loosen up and fall on the table.
“Doshitano, Chii?” Keito asked, as Chinen took his fallen bracelet.
“I don’t know, it falls down all of sudden. And my heart beats faster as if something bad happen,” Chinen said. “I feel uneasy, Keito..”
Keito take a look on the bracelet. “Eh, I remember I’d saw Yama-chan wears one exactly the same like this..” Keito said.
“It is his btw. He gives it to me days ago..”
“Chii…people said that if the thing that is given by someone that you love does fall down all of sudden, it merely shows that something happen to him or her..” Keito suddenly glanced outside the café’s window. “Why so many people there?”
“Is there an accident?” Chinen asked.
“Looks like it is..” Keito decided to ignore it but suddenly his arm was being held tight by Chinen. “Are you alright, Chii?”
“I don’t know, Keito. I feel uneasy. My heart can’t stop beating so fast. Can we go there and have a look? I’m started to think of a bad intuition already,” Chinen said, clutched his chest tight.
“Ikuzo..” Keito and Chinen left the ice-cream café to the side of the road at Shibuya. The people crowded the area. Chinen can hear a faint sound of the ambulance siren.
“What happened here?” Chinen managed to ask one of the peoples there.
“A Johnny’s was being hit by a car just now. He was severely injured. We’d call for ambulance just now,” Keito heard sobs from someone he really knows.
“Yuto?” Keito wondered. Chinen overheard the name Keito had said. Keito moved past the crowded peoples. He saw Yuto was crying. “Yuto!” Keito merely shouted, but apparently Chinen overheard him. He too slipped past crowded people, towards Keito’s voice when he saw..
“RYOSUKE!!!” Chinen almost screamed when he saw an unconscious Yamada on Yuto’s lap, severely injured on his head. He took Yamada from Yuto to his lap, trying to wake up his boyfriend. “Ryo-chan, Ryo-chan..” he lightly slapped Yamada’s cheek but no response from the boy on his lap. “No, don’t die yet, Ryosuke. Please…” he hugged the said boy tight, staining his shirt with Yamada’s blood as the ambulance arrived at that place. One of the medical team checked on his pulse.
“He’s still breathing. C’mon, we must bring him to the hospital immediately!” he said as the medical team put Yamada on the stretcher. Chinen watched as his boyfriend’s body being put into the ambulance. “One of you must accompany the victim together with us..” the medical team officer said.
“I’ll go..” Chinen said, his voice cracking as the officer nodded his head, thus allowing Chinen to enter the ambulance. Chinen sits beside Yamada, holds his hands tight, sobbing hard. The ambulance then makes their move to the hospital. Keito and Yuto followed the police car that happened to be at the incident scene before the ambulance come to the hospital.
The moment they reached ICU Unit, the medical team hurriedly brings Yamada to the operation room. Chinen followed them until in front of the operation room, waiting patiently for the operation to be done. He weakly sits on the chair nearby, crying his heart out. I knew something bad will happen.
The moment Keito said ‘something bad might happen to someone that you love if the thing that been given from him or her fell from its place all of sudden’, I knew something will happen to Ryo-chan. The bracelet that he gives fells down just now.
“Chii..” Chinen’s eyes were already puffed out from crying when the rest of JUMP comes over. Chinen stands up and lumped himself onto Yabu’s arms, crying. “Syy..hang in there, Chii. He’ll be alright,” Yabu soothed the little giant up.
“He was almost dying inside there Yabu-kun. I can’t bear to watch it!” Chinen sobbed hard. “I don’t want to lose him, Yabu-kun. I love him so much. Onegai, Yabu-kun..” he wailed.
“Shh..don’t cry, Chii. Yama-chan’ll be fine. He’ll be safe, I promise,” Yabu said, trying to console Chinen. Keito and Yuto just arrived in the hospital, with Yuto’s clothes was stained with blood. He himself can’t bear to see Chinen crying like that, so he rests himself on the chair nearby. Keito sits next to him, trying to console him.
Daiki approached the duo. “Yuto, what happened actually?” he asked. Yuto watches over Daiki’s face. The other members such as Ryutaro, Takaki, Hikaru and Inoo were standing in front of Keito and Yuto. Yuto was still trembling, probably shocked from the accident.
“Err..guys, I think you’ll ask Yuto later. He’s just telling the whole story to the police and he’s still shocked about it. Will you guys give him some time to cool himself down?” Keito said while hugging his boyfriend tight.
“Keito’s right. I’m sure Yuto will tell us later..” Yabu said. The other members nodded their head as they silently wait for the operation to be done. Chinen is still sobbing in Yabu’s arms, not able to face each and every member’s face. Daiki approached the small boy in Yabu’s arms, murmuring, “He’ll be fine, Chii” while caressing his hair softly.
As for Yuto, he watches as Chinen was being calmed by both Daiki and Yabu. He felt guilty for what happened to Yamada. It should be me!
“I’ll tell them, Keito..” Yuto breathed. “Minna~” he caught all JUMP’s attention.
AN: I had no reason to not put summary on each chapter. I'm not used to it and I'm too lazy to put it. However, did I said that I sort of...'killing' someone in this chapter?? Is he really killed? (I promise there will be happy endings don't worry..) I find that this chapter (and the next chapter later) is the most hardest part to write, so bear for some failness in those 2 chapters later. Till then, comments are love..
