2 months before the incident
Ever since he dates Yamada, Chinen felt even better than before. He is blooming with love every day. Yamada showered him with love every day, by sending flowers to his office in Koro Capsule Hospital every day to treating him meals after his shift. They even know each other more since the day they confessed to each other. Chinen, knowing Yamada too needs some appreciation and love especially after tough missions with Sensations, always giving him gifts and flowers in return, tho he knew Yamada seriously love red roses the most.
The team also knew the relationship progress between Yamada and Chinen. They even encouraged it. “Have you ever thought of marriage, Chii?” Inoo Kei asked him one day on his visit to Koro Capsule Hospital. “Settle down and marry Yama-chan?”
Chinen nodded. “But Ryosuke hadn’t brought this up to me yet. So we never talked about it. He told me, our missions getting harder day by day. The chances of getting back home alive after the mission is getting thinner. I get that, Inoo-chan.”
“But don’t you want to leave the world, bearing Yamada’s last name with you?”
“Of course I want it too,” Chinen retorted. “I’ll talk to him tonight. He’s going home from his mission at Mount Fuji tonight with Yutti.” He then smiled, excused himself to do some daily rounds there.
Never did he knew, Yamada was way ahead of him, thinking about marriage.
“Marry me?” Yamada kneeling down on one knee in front of him, the first thing he saw in his office after his late daily rounds in the hospital. Chinen was surprised to see his boyfriend came home tired and exhausted, suddenly kneeling in front of him in his office with a box of ring in his hand, ask him for marriage. He cried happily, nodding as a reply. “YATTA!” Yamada stood up, fisted the air happily while hugging the younger tight. The staffs who witnessed the scene, including Korosensei cheered for the soon-to-be newlyweds. “Arigatou na, love~” he whispered to the younger. Chinen only nodded, still crying.
“You baka~” he chuckled between tears.
“But we are not going to hold a wedding this soon. I want you to feel the joyful things being my fiancee first. Dou?” Yamada asked, staring into the dark orbs of his now fiancee, while putting the ring onto the younger’s ring finger.
Chinen nodded. “Un. I’m okay with that, Ryosuke,” he replied with a smile. “But promise me one thing.”
“Hm?”
Chinen bit his lips. “Promise me to keep alive and able to stand with me in front of the priest on our wedding day. Can you?”
“You should promise me the same too.”
“I am.”
“So it’s sealed already,” he sealed the promise with a tender kiss. “I promise I’ll stay alive so that I can stand next to my Yuri on my wedding day later.”
God was able to put a test whether they kept their promise or not, two months later.

9 hours before the incident
Korosensei had the team go to the chaotic area of Sudan, to kill the terrorist moghul that threaten the entire world’s safety and despising Korosensei. When Sensations reached there, they had executed their one month plan in bringing the moghul down. Neither did any of the Sensations team knew, the moghul by the codename Laissen had prepared for their attack.
“We are going close to their base port, Commander. Waiting for your orders,” Nakajima Yuto spoke through the cordless walkie talkie while leading 3 of his friends sneaking in the base via underground tunnel.
“Roger that, Bullet. Currently hacking the system in the port to make you guys come in,” Yamada replied while driving his Hummer across the dessert with Chinen and Yabu as his passengers. Yabu was busy hacking the port system via his laptop while Chinen is currently reading the maps. “Rapid Fire, reports,” Yamada commanded again to Takaki Yuya who currently disguising as one of the Laissen men with Arioka Daiki.
“Commander, there are 5 men guarding the main gate. Falcon is trying to get the second main gate for you to come in, roger,” Takaki reported.
“Sounds hard, eh?” Yabu replied behind them. “Laissen is seriously no joke. No wonder Korosensei wanted him to die. Their system is so hard to hack at first but I managed to do it. Currently diverting their attention to the main gate.”
Yamada gave Yabu an agreed nod. “How long till we get there, Doctor?”
“Two hours in total. Enough for them to get distracted by the fake alarm Falcon had set up,” Chinen replied. He glanced at his fiancee who is driving attentively to the port. “This mission is quite close to me because … I don’t even know whether we will come out as 9 or less. Because Laissen … is the most dangerous person we ever met,”
“What do you mean, Commander?” Chinen dared himself to ask.
“The person behind the codename ‘Laissen’ is my own flesh and blood. My sister,” Yamada heard alarm emitted in his walkie talkie as well as the Hummer’s PDA showing red spot on Yuto’s team. “Bullet, copy!”
“We’re being attacked! We need back up!” they heard Yuto’s voice. Furiously Yamada drove the Hummer to the underground spot where the team last seen. Upon arriving there, they saw their team mates being held hostage via helicopter. Yamada tried to shoot the rope of the net taking Yuto and his friends in a capsule but failed.
Yabu saw Laissen’s army coming up to them. “There they are!” Taking out their guns, they start firing to the army of Laissen’s men who running towards them. Yamada threw away the revolver he is holding and replacing it with M-16 before resuming firing the men. He then stopped the Hummer, making the vehicle itself as their shield while the three of them seek for cover on the other side of the vehicle, outside.
“There’s so many of them. You guys ok?” Yamada looked at both Yabu and Chinen in which they nodded in unsion. “This whole dessert belongs to Laissen. See if there’s any place we can get in down there.”
Chinen nodded. Taking out his special grenade, he threw it 5 feets away from their Hummer, creating a large hole enough for them to get into the underground base. “Let’s go!” they ran to the hole, jumping down and landed safely at the underground tunnel
“Everyone’s okay?” Yamada asked after they seek for cover away from the hole they are creating just now. Chinen threw up a sleeping gas out from the hole before joining Yamada and Yabu running alongside the tunnel. “This marks 10 metres away from the main building. Good job, Doctor,” Yamada praised the younger.
“I’m honoured,” was Chinen’s reply. They continued their journey to the main building. When they got there, they saw Takaki and Daiki being held captive by one of the Laissen’s men and to the team’s surprise, Laissen himself.
“Long time no see, ototou,” Laissen voiced out. Yabu and Chinen are ready behind Yamada with their guns as well as Yamada. “Is this how you greet your sister after 10 years of not meeting?”
“My sister is dead, Laissen,” Yamada replied. “Now let go of my comrades!”
Laissen tilted her head in annoyance. “Your comrades? Tsk~ You are even bad in planning an attack, Ryo-chan. Why are you sending us the weakest duo to spy on us? And keeping the strongest with you behind you?” Yabu and Chinen saw two guys started attacked them from their directions and began fighting them. The guys were being defeated easily by Scope and Doctor.
“All of my comrades are strong mentally and physically. Now let them go before I cut you in pieces,” Yamada dared while taking out his twin laser swords. Laissen saw the swords on Yamada’s hands and began taking out hers as well.
“Fight me then,” Yamada dashed to Laissen’s direction and began fighting her. Yabu and Chinen fought with Laissen’s right hand man who held on Takaki and Daiki. But then, something is definitely going wrong.
“Oi! Scope! Doctor!” they heard Takaki and Daiki’s voice. Yabu and Chinen stopped fighting, before they realize the one in front of them is just the hologram and Takaki and Daiki is right in front of them without any harm. “We got Barrett and the gang back! Where’s Commander?”
Yabu realized something. “Laissen had tricked him! We better find Yama-chan now!”
“Bring them away, Scope!” come Chinen’s voice. Takaki, Daiki and Yabu shocked to hear that from Chinen. “I’ll go find Ryosuke!” he then left running to the way Laissen brought Commander just now.
“Chinen! Come back here!” Daiki screamed. “Guys, we have to go with him! It’s dangerous letting him alone like that. That is exactly what Laissen wants!” they ran following Chinen from behind. “Laissen knew Chii is bearing Yama-chan’s baby inside him so she tricked Yama-chan to get Chii and vice versa!”

3 hours before the incident
Chinen panted after running for like 4 miles. “Ryosuke!” he shouted his fiancee’s name all around the port. “Ryosuke! Where are you?!” he kept shouting while panting.
“You’re sure noisy brat!” Chinen heard Laissen behind him with a cackle. Turning around, he pointed his gun to the woman.
“Where’s Ryosuke?”
“Ryosuke? He’s currently fighting with the hologram me. I’ll bring him here if you want to but~” Laissen threw him a punch which Chinen easily dodged it without dropping his gun. He pointed the gun directly onto Laissen’s forehead. “You think you can kill me without me giving you any consent before being my brother’s spouse?”
Chinen glared. “You are not his sister! She’s dead!”
“Oh yeah? Even when I am dead, you still need my consent, you idiot!” Laissen replied with the same anger. She started fighting with Chinen in which Chinen dodged all of her attacks easily. “You sure are strong despite being pregnant.”
Chinen pointed his gun straight to Laissen. “I don’t know what you are talking about,” he screeched. Laissen smirked while just standing there in front of Chinen.
“Shoot me. Show me that you have what it takes to be an assassin!” Laissen dared him for the last time. Chinen wasted no time to shoot towards Laissen, his infamous poisonous dart. The dart hit its target but what happened next shocked Chinen. “Ryo-chan and I are siblings after all. Killing me is like killing him too. I can guarantee you, 5 metres away from here, Ryo-chan fall down and bleed a lot there,” Laissen cackled for the last time before the raging Chinen shot her face with his revolver on repeat.
Laissen sure does say it right.
“Doctor! Where are you? Have you found Commander? Doctor?” the worried voice from Yabu is now echoing on Chinen’s walkie talkie as he ran 5 metres to where is his fiancee now. Just as Laissen had said before she died, Chinen did saw the scene he don’t wanna see.
The sight of Commander lay down with bloods around him from his badly wounded stomach. He was being stabbed, slashed and injured by his own twin swords. The said weapon was broken in Yamada’s immobilized hands.
“NO!” Chinen ran towards the unmoved body. “No! No! NO! Ryosuke! Wake up! Ryosuke!” Chinen straddled the elder, putting his head onto his lap. “Wake up! Don’t leave me!” he cried horribly. Touching the large wound on his fiancee’s stomach, he saw bloods on his own hands. Chinen heard the elder’s soft groan on his ears.
“Yuri, go. Leave me alone h-here …” he heard Yamada’s soft command.
“I won’t let you die alone here! You will be going back with us! I’m going to treat you, Ryosuke. YOU NEED TO STAY ALIVE!” Chinen desperately holding on his fiancee’s body. “I still want to spend the rest of my life with you. Don’t you dare saying that!”
“Yuri, listen. Go, now! This is an order!” Yamada groaned loud when the pain started to kick in. “I t-think m-my time h-has c-come …”
“To hell with that!” ignoring the other Sensations members who had already reached their place, Chinen desperately kissed the pale lips of his fiancee, hoping that will at least stop the Death taking away Yamada from him.
Soon after, everything went fast.

Now
The resident doctor had no more tears to cry on during the waiting long hours of surgery. Inoo sat next to the younger, hugging his shoulder. “Everything will be alright. Yama-chan is strong. So please be one too. If it is not for him, at least for this creature inside you,” he pats the slightly small bump on Chinen’s belly. “Please~”
Chinen let himself being hugged by the beautiful weapon controller next to him. He was so exhausted and tired. But he doesn’t want to go anywhere. Not until he knew the progress of Yamada’s surgery. “You’re tired. You both need rest.”
“I don’t want to go anywhere. I wanna stay here,” was Chinen’s firm reply. Inoo nodded.
“Lay your head on my lap and got some sleep then. Don’t stress too much, Doctor,” Inoo pat his lap, in which Chinen weakly obliged. Once he placed his head onto Inoo’s lap, he suddenly falls asleep.
That is when Dr. Nakajima Kento came out with the unreadable face he had shown to anyone. “Minna …”
Chinen woke up, dashing towards the young doctor. “Kento, how was he?” Silence. “Kento! I’m asking you!” he shook the young doctor’s body hard.
“Calm down, Chii,” Yuto held on the younger.
Kento held Chinen’s arm. “He’s fine. But I must tell you, when you send him in, he is in the most dangerous situation ever existed. Yes, he almost died. But, Commander is strong, as we had known ourselves, so yes. He is totally fine now, Chinen-kun,” Kento ended his explanation with a smile.
“Yokatta~!” Chinen heard the others sighed happily. He himself cannot help but to smile. Finally, his prayer is answered.
“Can I see him?” Chinen asked.
“Chinen-kun, he was still in ICU. I don’t think anyone can see him at the moment.”
“Not even me, this hospital’s doctor?” Kento fall silent. “So, that means I can,” he marched towards the ICU.
“You cannot go inside, Chinen-kun. Sachou had it ordered to me that Yamada-kun’s condition now is still not good so he needs not to be visited by anyone at the moment. Unless …” he gave Chinen the clipboard containing Yamada’s health condition graph and details. “You are the one in charge of his progress till he fully recovered. Sachou had it appointed back to you, Dr. Chinen.”
Chinen cannot get much happier than this. “Arigatou!” he smiled happily. “I’m so sorry I am too emotional just now, Kento-kun.”
Kento shook his head. “That is why all hospitals prohibited any staffs to take over the case related to someone they know, Chinen-kun. But yours is an exception. If you excuse me,” the young doctor left Sensations with a smile.
Gripping the clipboard tight, Chinen sighed with ease again. “See you later, minna,” he waved goodbye to his comrades.

A year later after the incident
Chinen was walking home from Koro Capsule Hospital when he saw a long and sharp thin sword blocking his way. He smirked, knowing who owns the sword. “I’m tired, Ryosuke, can we just skip this?”
“I’m not Yamada Ryosuke, just so you know. And I want you to fight me,” Chinen saw the naughty smirk on Sensations’ Commander’s face. Putting his hands into the pocket of his coat, he just shrugged it off. “Hey! You need to lose some weight, you know. It’s been three months since you give birth to Yuuki. Korosensei had complained to me about your inconsistency exercise routine lately,” Yamada caught up with his spouse who still ignoring him while walking back to their capsule. “You need to-whoa!” Yamada dodged the high spin kick Chinen gave to him while turning around. “Okay, that ..”
“What? Did you have problem with my body shape, Yamada ‘pervert’ Ryosuke?” Chinen glared. “Can I borrow this sword of yours?” he swiftly grab another sword from the case on Yamada’s waist, making the elder shocked over Chinen’s swift moment. “Now, where were we just now?”
Yamada winked, he started clanking his sword to Chinen’s while walking home. He successfully dropped Chinen’s sword once they arrived at their capsule. He pointed the tip of his sword to Chinen’s chin, making him lean on the wall trying to avoid the tip. “That’s impressive sword technique, Yamada Yuri.”
“I have a sword master as my husband, and I am a pretty fast learner, Commander-sama,” Chinen ended his words with his flirt, sexy wink. “You are not going to rip that coat out from me, Ryosuke. Last time you did that, I had to pay a big amount to replace it,” the younger glared when seeing Yamada started to poke his white coat off his small body.
“No, I don’t want you to take that off either. You look hot with that coat on you, Dr. Yamada Yuri,” the last part is a seductive whisper to the younger’s ear. “Yoroshiku ne, sensei~”
Chinen smirked evilly. While gripping hard on Yamada’s collar, he whispered, “Yuuki’s new sibling, anyone?”

a/n: THIS SUCKS! I should have done better than this! But I can’t help but writing this and end up like this. This marks my first time publishing a NC 17 AND a MPREG fic ever since I started this journal back in the year 2011. This is also the longest oneshot I ever made and the second longest fic in this journal, teehee~. I just simply like Sensations, and way hoping that JUMP can do alter egos like this sometimes because this is way cool!

Chinen panted after running for like 4 miles. “Ryosuke!” he shouted his fiancee’s name all around the port. “Ryosuke! Where are you?!” he kept shouting while panting.
“You’re sure noisy brat!” Chinen heard Laissen behind him with a cackle. Turning around, he pointed his gun to the woman.
“Where’s Ryosuke?”
“Ryosuke? He’s currently fighting with the hologram me. I’ll bring him here if you want to but~” Laissen threw him a punch which Chinen easily dodged it without dropping his gun. He pointed the gun directly onto Laissen’s forehead. “You think you can kill me without me giving you any consent before being my brother’s spouse?”
Chinen glared. “You are not his sister! She’s dead!”
“Oh yeah? Even when I am dead, you still need my consent, you idiot!” Laissen replied with the same anger. She started fighting with Chinen in which Chinen dodged all of her attacks easily. “You sure are strong despite being pregnant.”
Chinen pointed his gun straight to Laissen. “I don’t know what you are talking about,” he screeched. Laissen smirked while just standing there in front of Chinen.
“Shoot me. Show me that you have what it takes to be an assassin!” Laissen dared him for the last time. Chinen wasted no time to shoot towards Laissen, his infamous poisonous dart. The dart hit its target but what happened next shocked Chinen. “Ryo-chan and I are siblings after all. Killing me is like killing him too. I can guarantee you, 5 metres away from here, Ryo-chan fall down and bleed a lot there,” Laissen cackled for the last time before the raging Chinen shot her face with his revolver on repeat.
Laissen sure does say it right.
“Doctor! Where are you? Have you found Commander? Doctor?” the worried voice from Yabu is now echoing on Chinen’s walkie talkie as he ran 5 metres to where is his fiancee now. Just as Laissen had said before she died, Chinen did saw the scene he don’t wanna see.
The sight of Commander lay down with bloods around him from his badly wounded stomach. He was being stabbed, slashed and injured by his own twin swords. The said weapon was broken in Yamada’s immobilized hands.
“NO!” Chinen ran towards the unmoved body. “No! No! NO! Ryosuke! Wake up! Ryosuke!” Chinen straddled the elder, putting his head onto his lap. “Wake up! Don’t leave me!” he cried horribly. Touching the large wound on his fiancee’s stomach, he saw bloods on his own hands. Chinen heard the elder’s soft groan on his ears.
“Yuri, go. Leave me alone h-here …” he heard Yamada’s soft command.
“I won’t let you die alone here! You will be going back with us! I’m going to treat you, Ryosuke. YOU NEED TO STAY ALIVE!” Chinen desperately holding on his fiancee’s body. “I still want to spend the rest of my life with you. Don’t you dare saying that!”
“Yuri, listen. Go, now! This is an order!” Yamada groaned loud when the pain started to kick in. “I t-think m-my time h-has c-come …”
“To hell with that!” ignoring the other Sensations members who had already reached their place, Chinen desperately kissed the pale lips of his fiancee, hoping that will at least stop the Death taking away Yamada from him.
Soon after, everything went fast.

Now
The resident doctor had no more tears to cry on during the waiting long hours of surgery. Inoo sat next to the younger, hugging his shoulder. “Everything will be alright. Yama-chan is strong. So please be one too. If it is not for him, at least for this creature inside you,” he pats the slightly small bump on Chinen’s belly. “Please~”
Chinen let himself being hugged by the beautiful weapon controller next to him. He was so exhausted and tired. But he doesn’t want to go anywhere. Not until he knew the progress of Yamada’s surgery. “You’re tired. You both need rest.”
“I don’t want to go anywhere. I wanna stay here,” was Chinen’s firm reply. Inoo nodded.
“Lay your head on my lap and got some sleep then. Don’t stress too much, Doctor,” Inoo pat his lap, in which Chinen weakly obliged. Once he placed his head onto Inoo’s lap, he suddenly falls asleep.
That is when Dr. Nakajima Kento came out with the unreadable face he had shown to anyone. “Minna …”
Chinen woke up, dashing towards the young doctor. “Kento, how was he?” Silence. “Kento! I’m asking you!” he shook the young doctor’s body hard.
“Calm down, Chii,” Yuto held on the younger.
Kento held Chinen’s arm. “He’s fine. But I must tell you, when you send him in, he is in the most dangerous situation ever existed. Yes, he almost died. But, Commander is strong, as we had known ourselves, so yes. He is totally fine now, Chinen-kun,” Kento ended his explanation with a smile.
“Yokatta~!” Chinen heard the others sighed happily. He himself cannot help but to smile. Finally, his prayer is answered.
“Can I see him?” Chinen asked.
“Chinen-kun, he was still in ICU. I don’t think anyone can see him at the moment.”
“Not even me, this hospital’s doctor?” Kento fall silent. “So, that means I can,” he marched towards the ICU.
“You cannot go inside, Chinen-kun. Sachou had it ordered to me that Yamada-kun’s condition now is still not good so he needs not to be visited by anyone at the moment. Unless …” he gave Chinen the clipboard containing Yamada’s health condition graph and details. “You are the one in charge of his progress till he fully recovered. Sachou had it appointed back to you, Dr. Chinen.”
Chinen cannot get much happier than this. “Arigatou!” he smiled happily. “I’m so sorry I am too emotional just now, Kento-kun.”
Kento shook his head. “That is why all hospitals prohibited any staffs to take over the case related to someone they know, Chinen-kun. But yours is an exception. If you excuse me,” the young doctor left Sensations with a smile.
Gripping the clipboard tight, Chinen sighed with ease again. “See you later, minna,” he waved goodbye to his comrades.

A year later after the incident
Chinen was walking home from Koro Capsule Hospital when he saw a long and sharp thin sword blocking his way. He smirked, knowing who owns the sword. “I’m tired, Ryosuke, can we just skip this?”
“I’m not Yamada Ryosuke, just so you know. And I want you to fight me,” Chinen saw the naughty smirk on Sensations’ Commander’s face. Putting his hands into the pocket of his coat, he just shrugged it off. “Hey! You need to lose some weight, you know. It’s been three months since you give birth to Yuuki. Korosensei had complained to me about your inconsistency exercise routine lately,” Yamada caught up with his spouse who still ignoring him while walking back to their capsule. “You need to-whoa!” Yamada dodged the high spin kick Chinen gave to him while turning around. “Okay, that ..”
“What? Did you have problem with my body shape, Yamada ‘pervert’ Ryosuke?” Chinen glared. “Can I borrow this sword of yours?” he swiftly grab another sword from the case on Yamada’s waist, making the elder shocked over Chinen’s swift moment. “Now, where were we just now?”
Yamada winked, he started clanking his sword to Chinen’s while walking home. He successfully dropped Chinen’s sword once they arrived at their capsule. He pointed the tip of his sword to Chinen’s chin, making him lean on the wall trying to avoid the tip. “That’s impressive sword technique, Yamada Yuri.”
“I have a sword master as my husband, and I am a pretty fast learner, Commander-sama,” Chinen ended his words with his flirt, sexy wink. “You are not going to rip that coat out from me, Ryosuke. Last time you did that, I had to pay a big amount to replace it,” the younger glared when seeing Yamada started to poke his white coat off his small body.
“No, I don’t want you to take that off either. You look hot with that coat on you, Dr. Yamada Yuri,” the last part is a seductive whisper to the younger’s ear. “Yoroshiku ne, sensei~”
Chinen smirked evilly. While gripping hard on Yamada’s collar, he whispered, “Yuuki’s new sibling, anyone?”

a/n: THIS SUCKS! I should have done better than this! But I can’t help but writing this and end up like this. This marks my first time publishing a NC 17 AND a MPREG fic ever since I started this journal back in the year 2011. This is also the longest oneshot I ever made and the second longest fic in this journal, teehee~. I just simply like Sensations, and way hoping that JUMP can do alter egos like this sometimes because this is way cool!
