What have I been doing in the interlude?

And do you really care?

Probably not.

In any case. I figured out how smart playlists work on my iPod, and they're pretty much the best fucking thing ever. My pod has this thing where, when I put it on shuffle, it decides to be a fucker and keep playing the same songs or songs by the same artist over and over and over. I mean, I have 1948 songs ( Read more... )

wooah. i've never actually been to YOUR livejournal. i always commented on my friends list. but now i think i clicked it and eep. i didn't know which was the 'comment' button but i used the process of elimination routine to eliminate the links 'link,' 'remember,' and '2 missed' thus, i figured i should click 'throw yourself at the ground' to comment. eep. people make it so confusing to comment now. i swear people don't like comments so they make you search for the comment button. argh.

so now that the prelude to my reply is longer than the actual reply... here goes:(this paragraph was just a bridge)

sudoku > limp bizkit and everything else.

i completely blow at crossword puzzles cause i don't know anything that they ever use. i bet the sum of all intelligence known to man is divided into two categories; 5% of intelligence and history and all that goes to what does NOT appear in crossword puzzles. that's all the stuff i know. the other 95% i don't have a clue about and that's all the stuff they use in crosswords. but yeah. sudoku beats crossword puzzles cause i can actually work out a sudoku puzzle, hah.

Hahaha, no one ever actually goes onto other people's journals, anyway, so I just fixed mine up the way I like it. And if someone does drop in and decide to comment, well, process of elimination obviously works, too. ;)

Yeah, totally, crossword puzzles are the suck, because who knows all the random cracked up shit they come up with for their puzzles? Sudoku is all about logic, and I can usually rustle up some of that. Woo woo sudoku!

Dude, rock on! That's so fucking cool!

Sadly, though, I'm house-sitting from the seventh through the twelf to take care of a 20-year-old cat. :(

I can't wait to hear how it goes, though. Make an entry about it!

duuuude, just bring the cat along! we could TOTALLY get it drunk and let it see it's first concert!

ps. on a countdown today they had the top 100 comedy movies, or something like that.. and the big lebowski was on it and saying, 'duuuude,' and you reminded me of it. u used to have an icon of that movie, right? yeah.. they all were saying how great the movie was, and how the actors were the perfect actors for the roles... and how every thing in that movie just kinda kept on raising the bar on the hilarious factor, hah. and the conversations; i loved them. those three guys, man, they rocked together. kk. peace!

the gig went awesome. too bad you weren't there, aww ugh. i told a few friends about it and none of them showed up so that kinda sucks, heh. our band played great. like every practice we had before the show, we'd screw like atleast 3-4 things up. and every time it was something different. it'd be like, 'okay, now this time we fixed our problems from last time, buuut, we've got three new screwups we gotta fix.' like there was always atleast a few things wrong. then the day before the show (we don't jam the day of the show, wahoo), for me it almost felt like a brainfreeze. like i was screwing up on small parts i never screw up on and all. and i couldn't fix it, hehe. but yeah... the show went perfect. we played by the far the best we've ever played before. two TINY screwups, but one was my pedal, i didn't kick it in hard enough, hah. oops. that happens to me. and it only messed up like 2-3 notes before i rekicked it and came in with the drums, and my guitarist hit a wrong note once, which i didn't even hear. so yay.
