I am full of so much anger and bad emotional energy. If I don't expel it in a harmless, effective way soon I may go crazy. I don't know what in the hell I'm going to do. Here are recent events that have me all worked up:
-Finals are coming, up, I'm flunking two of my classes
-My parents and I are not getting along very well, and I can get so damn mad at them sometimes
I don't know what in the sam hill I'm going to do. I'm thinking to go in for some
craniosacral therapy. Any ideas, anyone? I'm getting so distressed; anger like mad, I don't know if I'm going to pass this semester's classes at FHN, blah blah. I don't know where to channel the energy!
